She is a MCC Professional Leadership Coach for the past 15 years, supporting organizations and Individuals with self-awareness at work, boost in cognition at work, increased level of motivation and overcoming limiting beliefs at work to achieve sustainable business growth. She has delivered HR projects integrated with Coaching to leverage the motivational level of individuals/Teams and business to have a higher outcome. She is a co-founder of the Enneagram Empowerment School accredited by the IEA and has been training for the past 20 years.

She is here to support companies/Individuals and Teams with their talent acquisition and success planning to be able to create added values that can build trust and cultivate diversity throughout the working environment for better performance.

She has developed and implemented a Coaching Skills approach program for line-managers and Project managers for their efficiency and uplifting their people management skills to be aligned with the vision-mission of the company to be more empowered with their leadership skills and create coaching cultures in their organizations.
