POLICIES AND PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Thank you for choosing the Coaching for Change Enterprise Institute! You are about to begin a journey of positive flow in your personal and professional life. Before you start your journey, please read our policies below.

Enrolment and Payment:
All course enrollments are subject to availability. Your enrollment in a course is based upon the receipt of payment for both the deposit and the balance due. Full payment and/or deposits will be assigned to your courses to secure enrollment. We accept payments in the forms of Wire Transfer and credit card payment on the link we share with you.
Your full balance for the course is due no later than 7 days prior to the course start date. Coaching for Change Enterprise will notify you if an automatic charge to your credit card results in insufficient funds. Response is required within 3 business days of our notification; if not, your requested space in the course(s) may be released. If enrolled in a discounted package and payment has not been received by the start of the course, the discounted package price is forfeited and the current amount of the course price will be charged.

Attendance Policy:
As this program is a certification program, students can miss a maximum of 6 classes only with the condition that they will do additional coaching practices & homework in compensation for their missing training hours.

What information do we collect? We collect personal information you voluntarily choose to provide such as your name, address, e-mail address, phone numbers and/or other categories of personal information, such as payment card information.
We may use cookies to manage areas of our website and to deliver a better website experience to our users. You have choices with respect to cookies. What do we use your information for? Personal data submitted on this website will be used only for the purpose of providing guidance and assistance to you. We will not provide your personal information to any third parties for the purpose of direct marketing.

Of course, data transmission over the internet is inherently insecure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet. USE OF CFC® THE COACHING FOR CHANGE ENTERPRISE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:
CFC students/clients may use materials presented in their work with their coaching clients only, provided that they indicate it is copyrighted CFC® material. Any use of CFC Intellectual Property beyond one-to-one coaching is not allowed without the specific written approval of CFC.

CLASSROOM CONDUCT:
All students are required to behave in a professional, ethical, and respectful manner throughout all of CFC events and respect one another and within any classroom(online/in person) or subsequent communication among Coaching for Change Enterprise Institute and students and faculty. I understand and agree that if I violate this standard of professionalism and respectful behavior, I may be discharged from the program, will forfeit all fees paid, and CFC take appropriate measures regarding my application(s) for coach certification.

NON-DISCRIMINATION POLICY:
I understand that CFC welcomes students of any race, color, sexual orientation, gender expression, age, religion, disability, national or ethnic origin and does not discriminate in the administration of or admission to its educational programs. Any student behavior that disrespects such diversity will not be tolerated and will incur the penalties described in the paragraph above.

HARASSMENT POLICY:
CFC is committed to maintaining a healthy and engaging training environment that is free of harassment. Harassment is defined as any behavior that is unwelcome, unwanted, and creates an uncomfortable or hostile environment. This behavior can be in the form of sexual advances and/or requests, jokes, comments, offensive remarks, offensive pictures. Harassment can also be verbal abuse or bullying. These behaviors are completely unacceptable and will not be tolerated. If any harassing behavior is observed or experienced, I will notify an appropriate CFC faculty or staff member. Coaching for Change Enterprise Institute will thoroughly and promptly investigate any and all claims of harassing behavior and commits to protecting your privacy as much as possible in the course of the investigation. Verified claims of harassment will result in immediate action. Confirmed harassing behavior by a student will result in the penalties described in CLASSROOM CONDUCT above. Confirmed harassing behavior by an employee, instructor, mentor coach, or consultant will result in immediate disciplinary action, up to and including termination of the individual’s employment, contract, or other services, as applicable. The verification process is at the sole discretion of CFC.

Video & Audio Recording Policy:
The program sessions are videotaped and recorded for the purpose of being used and distributed in audio formats by Coaching for Change Enterprise Coaching Institute to other class participants for educational purposes. The recordings are only shared with the participant in cases of absenteeism up to three times.

Consent & Agreement For Recording Video & Audio:
I give my permission and authorize Coaching for Change Enterprise Coaching Institute to videotape, audiotape, photograph, record, edit or otherwise reproduce the program session recordings. I agree to not edit, reproduce, copy, share, circulate, broadcast, provide the recordings and any relevant confidential information within the recordings to any third-party individual and/or organization.

Cancellation Policy:
Coaching for Change Enterprise Coaching Institute’s Online Courses and Programs are delivered over an extended period of time (i.e. over a number of months) and includes intellectual property and licensed downloadable content, live online classes, access to restricted member areas, interactive forums and other content. These Courses and Programs are sold as a professional coach certification package and participation can be cancelled and refunds are permitted. Since the hours in each package counts towards accreditation, cancellation fee is applied within 10 days of the course content being accessed or downloaded (partially or entirely.)

 

Non-refundable cancellation fee applies as follows:

  • CORE FOUNDATIONS 1-5 OR BUSINESS COACHING 1-5: CAD 400
  • ACTP MODULE 1-6: CAD 450
  • ADVANCE MODULE 6: CAD 400

Furthermore, transaction fees from PayPal and Square will be reflected if and as applicable.
After 10 days of the program being commenced, refundable amount is calculated based on total attendance hours divided by total program hours i.e. If the person attended the program for 30 hours out of 170 that amount will be deducted from the total tuition and the rest will be refunded. After 50% of the course has commenced (After 7th class) no refunds are entertained.
In case of such an event, a CCEU (Continuing Coaching Education Units) certificate will be issued based on the total hours that the student participated based on their attendance.

Coaching for Change Enterprise Coaching Institute reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any scheduled training/class or replace personnel due to low enrollment or circumstances beyond our control. If a class is rescheduled or canceled, participants will be given notice before the start of class. Students may then enroll in the next available offering of the course or choose another course in cases of cancellation.

Program Components:
The Coaching for Change Enterprise Institute’s coach training programs are recognized and accredited by the ICF. The program provides ICF 170 Level 2 certified core competency hours that count towards ICF PCC credentialing application. The exclusive Coaching for Change Enterprise Coach Method is comprised of five stages (The Accountability Coaching Module)

The Online ICF Coach Certification program has modules:

  • Online-live weekly classes (4-month x 4 hours)
  • Weekly peer coaching (35 hours)
  • Coaching others (20 hours)
  • 10-hour mentor coaching (7h of group mentor coaching and 3h of one-to-one
  • mentor coaching with Dr. Delbar Niroushak)
  • Coursebook (10 hours)
  • Oral assessment at the PCC level (1 hour)
  • Written assessment based on case studies at the PCC level (2 hours)
  • Your own personal success coach for 6 months (Available upon enrollment)
  • Everything you need to coach others, customizable coaching tools, and other materials will be shared virtually.
  • Get access to questionnaires related to coaching for your people management skills
  • Discover You: Get Niched working with you to optimize your coaching business
  • 3 month practicum to experience a real time working with a corporate client

Weekly Peer Coaching:
After the first class we assigned a coach buddy to each student coach for 1 hour weekly self-paced coaching practice. At the end of the program student coach are expected to submit their coaching log with those hours to info@cfc-enterprsie.com

Coaching Others:
While still in the program working towards ICF Coaching Certification we encourage our student coaches to complete 20 hours of coaching experience with individuals (friends, colleagues, clients etc.) to start experiencing coaching people other than classmates.

Oral assessment:
Oral assessment is all about students’ participation throughout the program which will be accounted for, so they will also learn how to hold themselves accountable for an impactful outcome.

10hour Mentor-Coaching Supervision:
Three hours of one-on-one Mentor-Coaching time with an ICF credentialed coach, PLUS a maximum of seven hours of Group Mentor-Coaching. Student coaches are required to send 3 coaching sessions of about 30-minute coaching session recording each at the end of the program with an individual other than the classmates. The recording will be assessed, and feedback will be provided individually. Recording should be sent to info@cfc-enterprise.com

Written assessment:
Written assessment is an open book, case study-based assessment that is sent to student coaches individually at the end of the program and they have 24 hours to go through it and get it back to us. It is scheduled at the students’ own pace.

Certification Type:
Student coaches graduate with ICF 170 Level 2 certificate which is the minimum requirement for ICF PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credentialing. With this certificate student coaches become eligible to use the title as ICF Certified Coach & CFC (CFC Certified Sales and Business Development Leadership Excellence Coach).
