Our Learning Philosophy

Our philosophy and methodology that guides delivery is called the experiential Learning approach which means Learning by doing. The purpose is to engage with students in direct experience and focused reflection in order to increase knowledge, develop skills, and clarify values in action.
Experiential learning enhances your ability to evaluate and resolve the right problems. This approach will help my participants to analyze concepts, definitions, arguments, and problems and it enables them to experience different options. It contributes to their capacity to organize ideas and issues, to deal with questions of value, and to extract what is essential from masses of information to create their own authentic solution based on practice.
Our coach training, mentoring and supervising programs are intended for people with an open intention, who feel the calling of the coaching profession for their empowerment skills, to grow and who want to work with other people to support them in their growth and evolution. Our services are delivered in one-to-one, relationships of two and group (3-100) format.
Our coach training, supervision and mentor coaching programs combine the art, ethics, competencies, and standards outlined by the ICF with knowledge and experience of the fields clients most often choose to evolve in, as individuals, as partners in a relationship, and as members of teams or communities and also businesses. We engage our participants in a way to also learn from one another so it can be more impactful, so they find themselves resourceful and be able to hold one another accountable.

Our participant engagement methods throughout the program are:

  • Group discussion
  • Dyad and triad exercises with fellow participants
  • Sharing current situations as case study to explore more alternative solutions
  • Sharing experiences from the participants to understand better
  • Develop allies with fellow participants through group exercises
  • Focus on their daily challenges
  • Using "behavioral games" to engage more with the topic
  • Role Plays
  • Creating more opportunities through “assigning homework”

Our learning methods in depth:

  1. Asking powerful questions to engage more and participants sharing their thoughts and ideas in the classroom
  2. Using intriguing pictures to influence the participants to share their views as a thought-provoking process and ask them how is that relevant to the actual topic of what they are learning
  3. Using videos to understand more about different coaching methodologies
  4. Challenging them with asking developmental questions and receiving their feedback for an alternative learning approach
  5. Using breakout rooms to experience more group work and get back to the group with more sharing (or in person training we give dyad and triad exercises after doing the exercise they share in the group)
  6. Having online session exercises and asking for their feedback
  7. Attending a webinar that is related to the topic of our program and the next session ask for their thoughts and feedback
  8. Asking participants to share their learning and their understanding into the whiteboard and flip charts and exchange knowledge
  9. Using case studies and story telling for them to come up with their coaching solution
  10. Assign each individual with a professional success plan coach for at least 6 month to help the participant to implement their learnings into action and hold the accountable
  11. - Giving them homework that needs to be done throughout the week and for them to explore more alternative experiences based on doing the homework and sharing the results
  12. 3-month practicum as an internship opportunity with organizations so they can learn and experience their understanding of what is professional coaching in action
  13. Supporting the participants with their ongoing learning and having 6 month follow up sessions
