Life Coaches help clients to identify their own strengths and use that power to create the changes they seek.
A life coach helps guide clients to reach their ultimate goals. A life coach can help individuals in different areas of their life to promote authenticity and balance life in a way that will serve the individual to help them maintain health and safety.
Life coaching helps you to find a sense of purpose, develop your creativity, manage your stress, and overcome bad habits that are holding you back from reaching your goals

Introduction to the ICF Coaching

Introduction to Coaching: An overview of what ICF coaching is and why it’s important to standardize through ICF. We will explore the ethics required to hold space for participants and understand why ethics are crucial to every coaching conversation. Additionally, we'll cover what life coaching is, its purpose, and the role of the coach. This sets clear expectations and establishes the ethical guidelines and framework for coaching.

The first step in life coaching is about helping both the coach and the client gain a deeper understanding of themselves. A coaching conversation is designed to create a safe and brave environment, enabling and empowering the coachee to grow and build resilience. Coaching is a partnership approach that fosters autonomy within the coachee and allows the process to unfold naturally. This includes exploring core values, beliefs, strengths, and areas for growth to build resilience and growth.

The Delivery Process:

  • 170+ ICF Accredited Coach Training Hours (Level 2)
  • 60 hours live, 3-hour per week Training Courses for 4 to 6 months
  • Each course is for 10 hours
  • Discover You: Get Niched working with your team and create resilience
  • Your own personal success coach for 6 months (Available upon enrollment, every 3 weeks you have a one-to-one coaching session)
  • Get access to questionnaires related to coaching for your people management
