Our
Founder
Dr. Delbar Niroushak is the founder of Coaching for Change Leadership and Strategy Solutions Inc., based in Vancouver, Canada. She holds a PhD in Psychology and multiple professional designations, including RCC, CPHR, CMC, and MCC-ICF, and is also an Agile Enterprise Coach and HR Strategic Organizational Development Consultant with over 20 years of experience.
Her expertise lies in empowering individuals, teams, and organizations to unlock their potential and deliver meaningful results under pressure and complexity. She has partnered with leading industries, banking, telecommunications, energy, oil & gas, law, and manufacturing as well as non-profits, cultivating sustainable coaching cultures that foster growth, resilience, and empowerment.
